Classified Rules and Guidelines.

Here are a few guidelines and rules that we ask everyone to please respect and follow when using the Tackle Box Classifieds.

1. Please identify what the item is for sale or an item you are looking for in the subject bar.

2. When selling an item please include as much information about the item up for sale as you can, include a description or post a pic. Include the price, over all condition and any such information you would include on any other classified page.

3. We advise to not post your personal email or phone number in an open thread. We recommend that all users of this service contact the buyer/seller via the forum pm. Private messaging allows a more safe and secure transaction and exchange of personal information. This will also reduce the possibility of spam and any malicious behavior that could result of publicly displaying one's personal home number.

4. Bumping- Posting a blank or minimal character message on your own thread to replace your topic back to the top of page 1. We ask members to respect a 2 day period before bumping their own thread. An exception would be when new info or change in details has come about.

5. When the item has been sold please post on the thread that the item is no longer for sale by simply posting in BIG bold letters SOLD. Also any item can be removed at anytime, please send notification to an admin or moderator to remove the thread.
Users can request that the sold item thread be removed after the item has been sold, by simply sending a pm to an Admin or moderator. All threads with sold Items will be removed after 30 days or sooner.

6. Respect all members on the forum and have fun selling and buying.
